Start with the Recovery Massage. It works through the tension and fatigue that build up between sessions. If you train at volume, the Athlete Recovery protocol adds myofascial release, cupping and lymphatic drainage in one longer visit, so nothing is rushed.
I've never booked a facial. What happens in a Men's Skin Reset?
A deep cleanse, extraction where needed, hydration and a calming finish, in about an hour, with no products pushed on you afterwards. Most men book it for a sharper, less tired-looking complexion, especially before an event or after a long stretch of travel.
Do you do back and chest waxing for men?
Yes, back or chest, done precisely and discreetly in a private room. Hair should be around a centimetre long for a clean result, and we talk you through the aftercare so the skin stays calm for the next couple of days.
